we had a quite comfortable stay in this brand-new hotel. throughout the day staff were very nice and friendly. the service was great, the room was nicely furnished and extremely spacious. the location in the middle of jackson was nice. also, being within 15 minutes walk from fatih mosque was convenient for us.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! the location was perfect for me as it was near to a beautiful lake and easily accessible to main roads. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were well-furnished with basic amenities and even though the bathroom was small, it was clean and had everything I needed.

My Thanksgiving stay was lovely! The breakfast was great - I especially liked the buffet with a variety of choices. The location was amazing - close enough to walk to some attractions but away from the noise. Parking was very convenient, and the beautiful scenery around the hotel was an added bonus.

The heating in the room was not very effective, but the blankets provided kept me warm enough. the TV channels were limited, but I didn't really mind because there was so much to explore in the area.

Located near Sera Gul lake and easily accessible, the hotel has a hospitable environment resembling a hospital. the staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. the breakfast, though simple, is rich in options to choose from. the rooms are clean, comfortable, and have basic amenities like a tea maker and well-maintained bathrooms. the car park facility is a plus point for this hotel.

The scenic view from the balcony of the hotel gets somewhat spoiled due to the presence of workshops near the building.
